Form 20-F is the standard annual filing required by the SEC for foreign private issuers listed on U.S. exchanges. The document serves a function similar to the 10-K form used by domestic U.S. companies, providing audited financial statements, risk disclosures, and management analysis for the completed fiscal year.
As the dominant real estate operator in Argentina, IRSA's annual disclosures draw attention from investors monitoring exposure to Latin American property markets and the Argentine economy, which has undergone significant monetary and fiscal reforms in recent years.
