Stewart Title Posts $900.7M Q3 2026 Revenue, Net Income Falls
Stewart Information Services reported higher quarterly revenue year-over-year but saw net income decline to $30.3 million in Q3 2026.
Stewart Information Services posted total revenues of $900.7 million for the third quarter of 2026, up from $796.9 million in the same period a year earlier, the company reported. The revenue increase represents roughly 13% growth compared to the prior-year quarter on both a GAAP and adjusted basis.
Despite the top-line gain, profitability moved in the opposite direction. Net income for the quarter came in at $30.3 million, a sharp decline from the $44.3 million the title insurance and real estate services company recorded in the third quarter of 2025. On an adjusted basis, net income reached $41.2 million, still trailing the prior-year adjusted figure of $46.7 million.

Analysts will likely focus on the gap between Stewart's adjusted and GAAP earnings when evaluating the quarter's underlying performance.
