V2X Posts 9% Revenue Gain, Net Income Jumps 30% in Q3 2026
Defense contractor V2X reported strong third-quarter results, with revenue hitting $1.27 billion and net income rising 30% year-over-year.
V2X, a government services and defense contractor, reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.27 billion, a 9% increase compared with the same period a year earlier, the company announced. Net income climbed to $32.0 million, representing a 30% year-over-year jump that outpaced top-line growth.
On an adjusted basis, net income reached $51.7 million, up 19% from the prior-year quarter. Adjusted EBITDA came in at $88.6 million, with the company posting an adjusted EBITDA margin of 7.0%, signaling relatively stable profitability in a sector where thin margins are common among government services providers.

Diluted earnings per share rose to $1.01, continuing an upward trend that reflects both revenue expansion and improved bottom-line efficiency. The gap between reported and adjusted net income — roughly $19.7 million — suggests the quarter included notable one-time charges or non-cash items that the company excluded from its adjusted figures.
The results underscore growing demand for defense and government support services as federal contractors benefit from sustained military readiness budgets. V2X, which provides operations, maintenance, and logistics services largely to the U.S. military, has been positioning itself to capture a larger share of long-term government contracts.
