SQN Capital, Jeremiah Silkowski Settle SEC Case, Exit Advisory Business
SQN Capital Management and its principal reach a voluntary SEC settlement, turning fund assets over to a court-appointed receiver without admitting wrongdoing.
SQN Capital Management, LLC and its sole principal Jeremiah Silkowski have reached a voluntary settlement with the Securities and Exchange Commission, agreeing to exit the investment advisory business as part of an arrangement that involves no admission of wrongdoing, according to an announcement dated October 12, 2026.
