OneVest Integrates Schwab Advisor Center Digital Onboarding
OneVest has launched a live integration with Schwab Advisor Center, embedding digital onboarding into its core platform and pre-built tech-stack modules.
OneVest has gone live with a new integration connecting its wealth management platform to Schwab Advisor Center's digital onboarding capabilities, the company announced Sept. 28, 2026, in New York. The move embeds Schwab's onboarding workflow directly into OneVest Workspace, the firm's flagship operating environment for financial advisors.
Alongside the Workspace update, OneVest is making the integration available as a pre-built module that advisory firms and fintech developers can plug into their existing technology stacks. The modular approach is designed to lower the engineering burden for firms that want to connect client onboarding flows to Schwab's custodial infrastructure without building a custom connection from scratch.

The partnership reflects a broader push across the wealth-management industry to reduce friction at the point of client acquisition. Digital onboarding has become a competitive differentiator for custodians and platform providers alike, as advisors seek to shorten the time between a prospect's agreement to work with a firm and the activation of a funded account.
By tying OneVest's infrastructure layer directly to Schwab Advisor Center, the integration positions both companies to capture advisory firms looking to consolidate their custodial and operational tooling. Schwab is one of the largest custodians serving registered investment advisors in the United States, giving the partnership significant potential reach across the independent advisor channel.
